Hikaru Miyagi

For 1983 years, he made his debut in the road racing. He acquired the title of whole Japan GP 250 classes &F -3 classes in the same year. For next 1984 years, he acquired the title of a F-1&F -3 classes. The person who did as it wanted a genius' name. Moreover, he went to America after 1993 years, and very active in AMA as well.
